Hey girl, just thought I would come by your journal and give you some encouragement since you came by my page. Looks like everything is going well for you and you have a great plan. Don't worry about not being able to go to the gym, you know you can do little things at home that are very beneficial. I have a 1 year old and I am starting my Phen on Monday and plan on going to the gym every morning at 5am. I'll come by often and check on you.. wish me luck on this journey... just need 1 more day to get focused before I start.

my mom made french toast this morning and I could not pass it up! it was yummy but probably not worth the calories lol!!!

but I am going shopping with MIL so I should be able to walk off those calories ( she likes to shop for hours and hours lol )

Hubby is off work Tuesday and Wednesday so I will def be able to hit the gym those 2 days.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday and a fun super bowl night!

Hey you thanks for stopping by journal so many times. I thought I would stop by yours for once. I am getting to know all the newbies lol

Looks like your doing great! Dont worry about not going somewhere to exercise I cant either. I do it here b/c I got 2 kids and I REFUSE to take them with me. I would NEVER get it done with my 3 yr old in tow!

Anyway hope you have a good week and keep us posted on whatever is happening!!!

You are doing sooo well!!! Keep up the great work and do what I "try" to do. Look at the goodies and say "do I really want to exercise an extra 20 min for THAT??
