I was constipated too, but I bought the Special K fiber packets that you put in water...they have 20 calories and come in pink lemonade and sweet tea. I drink one a day and its really helped me out. I'm still not as regular as I should be, but im sooo much better. No cramping or days between movements...

I drank 135.2oz of water today holy crap!

so far I have been to the gym 3x this week ( for 1hour )

gotta add some more veggies and fruits into my diet

Hey chickie, Just stopping by to say hi. More motivation in a couple days after I find out about the job and feel a lil more positive about stuff.
