I started Phen Jan 23rd
1st month 15mg
2nd month
30mg
3rd month 30mg
4th month 37.5mg ( half )
5mth month 37.mg ( half )
6mth month 37.5mg ( half )
I took phen from the end of Jan until the middle of July
then I was off phen until the end of August
then I took it for 2 weeks in september and was off of it until the middle of Oct.
* I got my last script in July * but since I only took half I had extra
now I only have enough for 1mth left which I am restarting tomorrow and then at the end of Novemeber will go back to my doctor and see if he can put me back on it ( bc he told me i had to be off of it for atleast 3mths before he would put me back on it and as far as he knows I off been off of it since the end of July )
last time i went to the doctor in July I was 205 so since then i have lost 14lbs and that was taking phen here and there ( i have been losing and gaining the same 5ish lbs or so the whole month of sept and oct
so i want to get out of the 190's bc i am tried of looking at them now so i am going full force back with the workout and
water and phen for this month
my goal is to be 180/177ish ( my pre-prego weight from 7 years ago by the end of the year ( and at this rate going up and down i feel like i am not going to make it lol )
right now i am in between sizes my 14s are saggy but the 12s button but give me muffin top
i am hoping once i get back in a good rountine ill be able to wear the 12's more comfortablly
* when i was 19 before getting pregnant i was size 9 177lbs *
I know that after 2 kids and almost 27 i wont look the same at 177 but just seeing that # would make all this hard work that much more worth it!* and hopefully then ill be in a 10
which is where I want to work on maintaing next year ( since I am 5'10 I dont want to get 2 skinny )
