started 15mg of Phentermine today ( 1/23/09 )
taking 1 pill 1-1.5hours before breakfast
start weight is 241.8
here is how I did today:
took pill @ 8:25a.m
@9:30 breakfast
2 fired eggs with an english muffin
bottle of water
@ 10:30 another bottle of water
@ 11:30 another bottle of water
@ 12:45 Lunch
philly cheese steak
fit and active hot pocket type thing
250 calories
a small apple
and a bottle of water
took a small nap for about 25-30mins
@ 3:30 went to the gym
40mins on stationary bike
random hills 5 miles ( 20mins)
standard quick set 2.5miles ( 20 mins )
drank 2 bottles of water
@ 6:30 dinner
plate of spaghetti
and a bottle of water
did not have much food in the house going to go grocery shopping sometimes this weekend to stock up on more healthy foods.
