So I have been on Phentermine for like two weeks now, and I have already lost like 8 pounds. However, I would like to know if the fact that I am unable to eat anything during the day is a bad thing or not. Some days I eat a small meal after I get off work, usually in the evenings. Most of the time, I'm just really thirsty and I drink like a gallon of water a day. I'm really hoping that this pill works for me because I'm tired of being fat. I have never been fat until I turned 21. I used to be a size 22, now I'm in like an 18 or 20, but my goal is to be a size 9. I'm really excited about working towards my goal, but I was also wondering if anyone could tell me what I should or should not be eating. I am going on a cruise for my birthday in October with my best friend who is like a size 4. I would like to be able to wear a bathing suit with out looking like a whale. LOL. But seriously, i am determined to look good in a bathing suit before then, so any tips any one can give me would be greatly appreciated!!!

I've been told you need to eat 30 min after taking the pill and need to consume at least 1000 calories a day, which is so much harder than it sounds. I've also been told 5 small meals a day...breakfast, morning snack, lunch, evening snack and dinner. Personally, I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've lost 5.2lbs in 1 week. Pretty much in the first 4 days though, so I'm not convinced I'm doing it right yet...lol

Ok this is how you do it. I was told from a very wise person who pretty much met her goal that you take the pill an hour before you eat. I did that and it worked WONDERS for me. As for eating - make yourself eat. REMEMBER this is for a lifetime so when you get off Phen you are gonna gain if you havent been eating right. I ran into this too but you have to make yourself eat. You need at least 1200 calories and drink 60 oz of water a day IF your not exercising. you need more if you are.

yes you have to eat severeal small meals a day and drink lots of water.

Thanks for the tip and I exercise at least five times a week. I am taking a dance class with my niece and her friend so they can help me stay motivated. When I am done, I am usually starving, so I am going to start making myself eat during the day. As for the water, I drink at least a gallon a day if not more. thanks for the advice. I will definitely change my eating habits.
