So today is the first day of my journal and I would like to say that if anyone would like to comment on anything good or bad that I do...please feel free! I would love for everyone to help keep me accountable for what I do.

Yesterday Wed Feb 4, 2009
My first day on 1/2 a 37.5 mg pill.
B: I ate a bite of a egg cheese english muffin sandwich (one bite)
L: 5 pringles
D: Child size portion of fettuccine alfredo and chicken & a tiny orange.
I know yesterday was terrible eating habits, but you know how it is...I just wasn't hungry.

Today Thurs Feb 5, 2009
Took another 1/2 of 37.5 mg
B: I had 2 fried eggs...no oil, just sprayed pan with Pam
I am going to pour myself a nice big glass of water now too.

I'm not feeling the burst of energy I felt yesterday. Yesterday I took the 1/2 and the burst of energy came almost exactly 30 min later and I didn't eat anything. Today I took it and I ate 30 min later like my doctor said but I'm not feeling energetic. I'm not hungry either though so that's good.

My 1st day I was spastic with energy. I havent had that since. However it is easier to get up in the morn, and my energy lasts all day. I still get a boost from about 30 mins to 3 hours after I take it...then it levels off

I dont have the burst of energy also
but I am only on 15mg hopefully next month my
doctor will increase it for me.
I weigh in on Sat for my 2nd week and so far not looking good!

Ok, to finish off my journal for today...
Thur Feb 5, 2009
L: I had a cesar salad with far too much dressing.
Did not drink nearly enough water.
D: I have not figured out yet...hmmm. I am thinking turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce and tiny bit of mayo.

Thanks for the motivation girls. I love it. Donise, you will do great. If you feel like the 15 isn't enough, call your doctor and see what he thinks. Maybe he'll tell you to up your dosage. Never hurts to ask. Anyway, just my thoughts.

hey there welcome and good luck sounds like you are doing great try to eat alot of fish it boost up your metabolism try this get tilapia filets then you buy this stuff at the store lemon seafood and chicken seasoning it has many spices in the one bottle and some pam cooking spray olive oil then you spray a pan with oil add seasoning to the filet then put it in the oven make sure to cook it enough but not to much i do not like fish that much but this was actually great and try green tea caffiene free b/c you can not have it wit phen!!! Make sure to have 8 -10 waters a day or you will stop losing happened to me lol well hope these tips help you look great

Welcome Hen!!! Sounds like you're off to a good start...you're not over eating and that's good. Everything in moderation right? Keep it up girly and you'll do great. Misty, I might just try that. I am not a big fish eater either but I need variety or I get bored with it and go back to the bad foods. Yesterday I did not drink very much water. I think I need to get a big cup that has the ounces written on the side. That way I can keep track and I can see how far I need to go.

B: 3 egg whites ...my first time eating them and they filled me up. I couldn't finish. (and I haven't even taken my pill yet) which I was supposed to do before I eat but forgot.
