Hey there girl

yeah tiff can help you more probaly but this is what i would recommend tonight soak your legs us warm as you can stand water with some empson salt then when you get out rub some icy hot on there and do that every night!! Then try to get a wrap or brace and wear it when you are working out also they sell this spray that the soccer players use maybe you can find it there you spray it on your muscle when you get a cramp and it totally helps well girl i hope this helps and have a great day also try motrin not tylenol motrin is like and anti inflammatory also!!

Thanks Misty!! Usually I soak it in a huge bucket of ice and water and it hurts really bad, enough to make you cry the first couple of times, but it really takes the swelling down. I will try your ideas now though and see how that works. Back in Dec. 08, I ripped my calf muscle to the point that it was just hanging, it was pretty gross! So now it is weak ya know. I just wrapped it and went off for my walk so yeah!!!I am happy I got all my workouts in todaygotta cook dinner now and take a shower!!ppeeeuuuuuwww!!!

Hey Jamie, cold is always better. However hot seems to feel the best lol! So my advice would be to rotate each 10-20mins each. Even if you don't use the hott still don't leave any ice on your leg for more then 20mins at a time. If you can find a brace for your calf use it just to give it some extra support when you are working out! I hope i helped you some!!!

I am so glad you didn't get upset with yourself about how you ate on Monday I think it was!! That is awesome!! There is always going to be times you won't be able to be eat perfect but just have to learn the key is moderation!!! Hope the rest of your week is good!

Thanks girls and Good Morning!!! Check out the ticker!! WHOO HOOO! I have been waiting to long for that ticker to say that I have lost more that 15lbs. I just might make my March goal after all!! And I believe it was to be at 205 be my sisters wedding but I will take the end of Marchheck I will take anything Thanks so much to everyone for all of your support, uplifting words, and yes Tiff, even the kicks in the BUTT!! When I stepped on the scale this morning, it was really quiet in the house cuz all the kids are sleeping, but all i could do was smile. how corny Now I am smiling again cuz I make my self laugh!! Yes I do amuse myself once in a while okay

Good Morning all! Going to be a busy day. Got lots of baking to do for Jake's Little League bake sale. So far i got the cupcakes baked and just have to decorate them, then gonna do some sugar cookies and decorate them and that should be good. Got parent teacher conference today, thats always good. So far today I haven't got my boot camp workouts done, but I did do a little weight lifting and some different kinds of crunches and plan on doing my walk/jog later. And the day is still young so who knows I just might get my boot camps in, who knows. But i will not be mad at myself if I can't work them in. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day! Sorry I haven't posted in anyones journals yet, been pretty busy but will try to catch up later or tomorrow morning.
