Thanks Tiff!  I have my good days and bad, probably the same for most of us huh. I am trying to eat just fruit through out the day and some protein and greens for dinner. I always drink alot of water and always have. Actually that is all I drink even with meals. Except when I have cereal then I have soy milk cause I am lactose intolerant. But anyway thanks for encouraging me all of you. Some day it will be my turn to be on your end and I will be able to help someone else. ok now I am rambling  BYE
