YEAH for new carpet you are going to love it!!! I am so glad we decided to do it. I love it!! I know it is so hard to make yourself eat. How much am i suppose to eat anyway? sometimes I just eat a banana or a protein bar or some grapes and i always eat dinner and even desert sometimes. as far as the 11lbs i gained a couple back but am losing again and i think the extra pound might be from my unwanted aunt flow who comes to us all once a month ya know. so dfo you think i am eating enough? I am excersizing like crazy too. So maybe i am burning more calories than i am actually putting into my body and thats bad huh. catch ya later

Hey Jamie! You do need to eat however if you burn calories more then you put in.....well what are you going to use for energy then? You need to try and eat atleast 1200 calories a day...no less and try to eat several small meals a day. Drink lots of water also! You are on the right track. Just all of us are programed to think to lose weight you must eat less....which is not always true! Granted if you were eatting 5000 cals a day you definately need to cut back on how much you eat or what you are eatting. Just hang in there hun!! Good Luck!

Thanks Tiff! I have my good days and bad, probably the same for most of us huh. I am trying to eat just fruit through out the day and some protein and greens for dinner. I always drink alot of water and always have. Actually that is all I drink even with meals. Except when I have cereal then I have soy milk cause I am lactose intolerant. But anyway thanks for encouraging me all of you. Some day it will be my turn to be on your end and I will be able to help someone else. ok now I am ramblingBYE

Hi jlclnicho,

I loved it when we got new carpet in as well but, it's been a couple of years or so. No fun though, when you have two little babies at the time from going out into the living room.

So how do you know, if you are lactose intolerant ? I often, wondered if I were or not ? What's gonna on for the weekend, anything interesting ? ttyl c.c.
