Hey Girls! k so I found out that I was lactose intolerant after I had my youngest child who is 4 now. Any dairy would give me bad bathroom time if ya know what I mean! I would also get stomach cramps and nausea. as far as the chocolate soy milk, it is really good unfortunately I haven't found it in light and it has alot for calories in it too. Nuttin too special goin on this weekend, did some cardio boot camp today, man was it hard!!! but it was good to sweat like that. I think I must be getting a little stronger cuz my workouts are getting easier so I had to step it up a notch and try to challenge myself ya know. What about you guys? Got plan this weekend? Good morning all who are checkin out my journal. So yesterday was good, but i ate a little more than usual and could have made some better choices on a few things but i always munch more than i should when my monthly unwanted visitor comes ya know. but i did get a good walk/jog in and the new cardio boot camp i got really kicked my butt yesterday, but thats good, cuz i am trying to challenge myself more with my workouts when the ones i am already doing start to get easy ya know. Anyway, hope you all have a wonderful blessed day!!

Hi Jaimie (I think I spelled your name right),

Isn't it a great thing when the exercises start to get easy?!! You must be working out alot! That's great. As you probably know, I'm like a walking ad for the Wii Fit! Sooo addicting.

What's cardio bootcamp? Sounds hard... even though I'm retired military... boot camp was ages ago (1985)!!

Thanks Tammie. Ya I workout everyday and I love it when it starts getting a little easier cuz then you know you are doing something right huh! Pain is just weakness leaving the body yeah I have seen you talk about the Wii a few times and have heard about it before. Sounds really fun and I have always wanted to try one. You should be a poster woman for Wii Anyway ya the cardio boot camp is pretty challenging for me. there are 3 workouts on one dvd but I have only done the first one. I figure I better master that one first until it gets a little easier then I will move on to the next ones ya know. It is just alot of jumping around and really constant. Lots of lunges and push ups and kicks. It is pretty much strengthening movements from tae kwon do, calisthenics, boxing and aerobic dance. And thats just the first workout. It is called The Method Cardio Boot Camp. I borrowed it from my sister in law. maybe you could find it at walmart.com or something.

Hey there,
Yeah, that cardio boot camp sounds like it'll burn a ton of calories!! It might be too much on my bad knees though. I can't do a lot of jumping or lunges. It's weird though, I can do squats, but not lunges. I can do these step aerobics, but when it comes to jumping aerobics, my knees totally give out. What do ya think... does cardio boot camp have a lot of the jumping kind of aerobics? The other stuff like crunches, boxing and calisthenics (how the heck did you spell that?lol) sound like just what I like. Let me know what ya think.
Well, I need to get going to bed. I think I said I was going to post on folks' threads for about 15 minutes-that was about an hour and a half ago!!!

Hey Tammie that sucks about your knees.....its weird because my knees are bad too and it is hard for me to do squats but I can de lunges...go figure huh...Anyway the first workout is alot of jumping jacks, pushups, jump rope, kicks and all that If you would like I can try to upload it on my computer and send it to you as an attatchment so you can check it out.
