I am sooo sooo very proud of you!!!

I think tweekin my phen a bit is actually working! I know I haven't been postin lately or getting around to everyones journal and I am sorry. But what can I say....It is SUMMER TIME!!!

So yesterday I had an awesome workout. between obliques and abs I did about 450 crunches. and managed to work in 2 boot camps, lift some weights, and even take the kids bowling. It was a pretty fun day. My mother used to be an avid bowler, ya know teams, touraments, trophies, special bowling ball...the whole 9 yards. Well since she has past on, I have had her bowling ball, but the plugs in it were to small for my fingers, so I had it fitted for my fingers. It even says "ROSIE" on it, which is her name, well anyway I couldn't use the ball for a while cuz they put some plugs in it and the glue had to set. So finally it was the last frame and I asked if the glue had set long enough and the lady said the only way so see is to try. So I took that ball and used it on my last frame, I swear my mama was right there with me. I stuck my fingers in the holes and said ok mama lets do this, and OMG I bowled 3 strikes in a row. ON my last frame. That just don't happen! I knew that she was right there with me. I can't even explain the feeling. I felt so happy and comforted and proud, and that she was proud of me. It was so awesome....I can't wait to go bowling again. Next time I will have etched "In Loving Memory Of" right over her name. I am excited!!! Like anyone couldn't tell that already.

Good Morning to all. We were suppose to leave to go camping yesterday but there were thumder storms real bad so we are leaving this morning & it is a beautiful day for it too. Warm and not a cloud in the sky. I LOVE MY SUNSHINE!!!

Hi jaime i am glad you are working out so much i want to be like that i did bob harper boot camp this morning and a 10min bikini sculpt and i am planning to go swimming and then to gym tonight!!! Wow about the bowling ball that is awsome 3 strikes in a row i am sure your mother is with you every step you take!!!!! You really get alot done everyday i can not wait till we finally reach our goals!!! If i had not got sick i bet i would have been in the 160's oh well that is life right well i am going and want to wish you a great day and bummer about storms i know that is why i did not go to the fitness center cause rain and lightening !! Well today is a new day lets get in those workouts!!! Chek on ya later girl

So has anyone heard of the new medication out, that makes life flow so smoothly? Its called Fukitol! Think I will ask my DOC. about it!

Went to see Transformers Rise af the Fallen Last night. It was ssssoooo FREEKIN awesome!!!! It took me 2yrs to wind down just to go to sleep afterward.

haha i have not heard of it girl but that is what we need here in america a true happy pill!
