I don't know what your situation is personally but i can relate to just being stressed and dealing with family problems and not being able to just focus on yourself the way you would like. just hang in there it can only get better! I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Hey Ladies, hope everyone is well. Haven't read or posted in a long time. My apologies. Still sittin at 189. Have not been regularly excersizing. I finally went for my usual walk today. I am going to try to make it a habit again. Haven't been doing it for so long now that I got outta the habit of walking or jogging.

I feel so sad and broken! Don't know why? Maybe I need my meds adjusted?

Sorry I have been MIA. I was around some last week and then got busy with work again...but when I was on I didn't get around to your journal to get caught up but don't worry now I am!! Hi everyone! I haven't read any journals for a very long time so I will have to catch up with everyone later. It has been 3 mon. since I posted in my journal....or been to the forums for that matter. I have 2 mon. left on my phen and need to get remotivated. I haven't gained any weight back but I am not losing either. Although I have lost alot of my muscle tone. I don't want to sound selfish, but I really need to get back to the way I used to do things and all you girls (you know who you are) were a big part of my success before. So it is time to get back to what used to be. Guess what I mean is HELP. in need of serious motivation. I will get on later to read journals and catchup with everyone, old and new. Take care

welcome back!
i am sure your body liked the break you were on and now that you started back up your going to do awesome

i was the same weight for about 5 weeks not really doing much to help that while i was planning my sisters wedding and had family in town but the week i started back on phen i lost 5lbs woot! ( atleast i didnt gain any during that 5 weeks )
