Hi Ladies
TGIF!!!!!! well no loss for me today I am currently still at 191 hopefully by the end of the weekend i can break into the 180"s(fingers crossed) I plan to hit it hard tonight at the gym since i didn't do to good on my lunch today I think I may try to boost it up from an hour workout to an hour in a half not sure yet, but last night i watched the FIT Tv channel and did the cardio blast workout(well let me rephrase that) i tried to keep up with the lady that host the show (i can't remember her name) but i tell you i was sweating my butt off while my kids laughed at me trying to keep up even though i didn't have the routine down pack i still did pretty ok for it to be my first....My gym offers cardio kickboxing classes on certain days of the week so i think i may try that one day out of the week, the only thing is i would perfer to be in the privacy of my home instead which is why i think i may do it at home on the two days that i dont go to the gym that way it will be like I am working out 5days a week.....anywho this is what i ate today

Breakfast a bowl of oatmeal with a slice of peperidge swirl cinnamon swirl bread

Luch was a chicken sandwich from chick fil a and small waffle fries ( i didn't cook last night so i didn't pack any lunch to bring) So this is why i have to hit it hard tonight to work this off, but I am happy to say that i didn't eat all the fries nor all the sandwich just half of it, normally i would have at it all because i love CHICK FIL-A
I am not sure what dinner will be more than likely a baked pork chop and green beans or some steamed veggies

Well I hope everyone has a GREAT WEEKEND!!!!!

Hey there girl how are you? I finally got done with my site i will always ad more information but the construction is done wow 191 i am stuck at 186 but yeah girl you know why all this website construction and no exercise well maybe my fingers are getting in shape lol. Hello there! I know I love the waffle fries from chick-fil-a too...man! They are so good w/the barbecue sauce..ummm let me stop..lol! Have a great weekend...I am sure the scale will go down soon...I hope mine does too..have a great night too!
