Hi Ladies,

Thanks for checking on me sorry I haven't been online in a couple of days with any updates but i have been really busy between work and making sure i get my exercise in, the end of the month at my job is a pretty stressfull time since that's when we have to close out all accounts to do our books(I do medical billing)not to mention last month was also quarter close out in addition to our monthly close out, anywho I have bumped up my workout from 3x's per week to 5days per week and I tell you after the 3rd day when i went in on the 4th day my body was like WOMAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING??????

but i did feel good afterwards after i finished my workout, anyways i had been stuck at 191 since last week but when i weighed in this morning i was down to 189.4

so i finally lost 2pounds, i guess the closer you get to your goal the harder it gets to drop those pounds, I still have a while to go to get to my goal but I am determined to stay focus and not lose sight....Well I hope everyone is having a great day and have an AWESOME WEEKEND!!!!!!!

Hey, I just had to come by and tell you, you look good girl!! You have made such great progress....How long did it take for you to lose 45lbs? I've been taking the phen-d for a month and I haven't lost any weight at all! I think I need to try the real stuff and see how that goes...Well you enjoy the rest of your day, just wanted to come by give you your props!

, but I have been on phen 37.5mg since December 19th my first month was my best month result wise! but I am not really sure how the phen d works but what are you eating habits and do you do any type of exercise routines? and remember no matter what don't give up i know that it can be fraustrating when you don't lose anything but you may need to try the regular phen.
