Lele you are definately on the right track for a new you in 09!!! So how long have you been on your diet? 2months is that right? 34lbs is alot for 2 months!! That is awesome but remember it is better to lose it slow then fast because you are more likely to keep it off!! You are so on the right track though and before you know it that scale will move!! Good Luck hun!

Thanks Tiff I knew that at some point of time i would reach a point to wear I would slow down on dropping the lbs but i didn't expect it to happen so soon, but I know it will eventually pass as long as I keep doing the right things....

Good Morning,

Today will be my first day not taking phen I am going to stop for a week to try to get over this brick wall i have hit (plateau)since I am use to not taking them on the weekend i feel that i should do pretty good being off for a week so hopefully when I do start back up in a week I can begin to start loosing again, I will still continue my exercise routine of exercising 3-4x's per week, so i will keep you guys posted on the outcome...oh before i forget here is my measurements from january and February, I didn't do my measurements until a month after i started, well anyways here they are

January

Arms 15inch
Bust 46inch
Waist 51inches
