It's good to hear from you well girl I went off my diet just a tad bit over the weekend but it wasn't like an all day thing, i would pick which meal i wanted to treat myself to and then when i did eat the fried food it was in small moderations so it wasnt like i was totally pigging out(LOL)Well talk to you later hope you have a wonderful week
