It's good to hear from you well girl I went off my diet just a tad bit over the weekend but it wasn't like an all day thing, i would pick which meal i wanted to treat myself to and then when i did eat the fried food it was in small moderations so it wasnt like i was totally pigging out(LOL)Well talk to you later hope you have a wonderful week

Okay i forgot to post my goal for march I am pushing for 20-25lbs i know it seems like a lot but hey considering that i had hit a brick wall i think i should be able to really kick butt this month wish me luck......

hey there girl i hope that you are having a great day today i am up and ready for a new day i am thinking about starting that high intensity interval workouts they say that you burn more fat and alot faster doing things such as sprints a college conducted a study well i still have my zumba videos i think i will do them today and some workouts on my home gym girl i want to lose 25 pounds by next doctor appointment on the 9th of april well i have to work my but off i think i will tie a rope around my waist and pull my big truck across the yard like they do on the biggest loser lol well girl have a good day
