Hey Ladies

Well i did pretty good over the weeknd all and all i only went up 1lb to 173 so still in the low end of the 70's! looking forward to seeing those 60's pretty soon. Hopefully this week will be the week for me! I started off pretty good today and did good on my eating today and went to the gym for an hour and half and worked out, I did 30mins on cardio and burned 418calories. Then the rest was focusing on strenght training and my abs and legs. well ladies i hope everyone had a great day I am about to settle down and prepare for work tomorrow.

Good Morning

Yesterday was a pretty good day for me. As much as i didn't want to go work out yesterday i still manged to go to the gym and get my workout in!!!!!! Well I am off to work so i will check in on everyone later

Hey lele wow 172 girl you are so close to the 160's adios misty i will never catch up to you know lol!!!

I posted some new stuff on my journal this moring 2 if you want to check it out some exercise tips for butt and legs!!

Only 1 pound girl i am going crazy i mean i go from 183-184-185 this is crazy i am going to have to do something drastic to get out of these 180's ! I know it took you a while too, anyways so what size you in now? If you are not in a 12 you are really close when i weighed 164 i wore a size 12 american eagle, i still have them in my closet they are so small girl!

I also have to get some dumbells i guess cause alot of these exercises on exercise tv uses them !! Did you get a medicine ball or some dumbelss over the weekend! I think wallmart has dumbells like 5 pounds 5 or 6 each ( not bad ya know)


what kind of work you do?? Would you believe i am still looking for work! Okay girl so you have already worked out this morning? I never workout in the a.m, and i really need to start i think my bro which was in the army said that it is alot better when you work out first thing in the morning! What do you think?

I love the picture, you don't look like you're 172 you look smaller...We still need to get together and have some drinks or something or meet up at a club...Have you been to Stone Trails in Addison? My husband and I have been a few times, I like it. Well I'll talk to you later.

Hey girly! Thanks for the compliment on the picture but yes we do need to get together and have drinks sometime soon. but no I have never been to Stone Trail but i have heard a lot about it being really nice and upscale from a few friends and some coworkers who have been before. but i love the whole addison club scene it's much nicer than deep elam to me.

girl we both know you will catch up with me(LOL) you are more than capable and have proven so many times. your doing great!

But currently i am fitting in a size 11 with room my 12's and 13's are too big but i am not ready to go on a shopping spree yet so i hang on to them for the days when i run out of the few new items that do fit. but i never made it out this weekend to look for the medicine ball and dumb bells so that will be on my agenda for this weekend because on the majority of the shows that i do see on Fit Tv they always use either or!! oh and i do medical billing, i want to go back to school to learn the insurance coding side and get certified to be a coder, but i can't really seem to find the time to attend school right now and i don't think that would be something i would be able to take a online course to because it's so much that you have to learn and i would need to be in a lecture based environment so hopefully sometime in the fall i will be able to pursue that and some other things education wise that i have been wanting to do to further my career. but don't give up Misty i know the ecomomy is really shabby right now with the job market just keep looking and applying and pray and I am sure you will be blessed with something that is just for you

oh thanks girl yeah i just got a call for another interview at 4 today! I really hope i get this one or anyone for that matter! medical billing yeah i was in school to be a medical assistant, most of the girls was doing coding you could for sure do it online but like you said the hands on exp is wonderful and i think you learn alot! the good thing is at my school they have nights and evening classes do not lose the chance call local colleges and medical colleges there has to be one that you can work your hours around and ask the place where you are working one of the girls at my school her office sent her back to school to do coding and worked with her hours so good luck let me know if you find anything out! as for me school keeps calling me to go back but i need money like so bad i have to pay child support monthly so it is important for me to work , but i have to go back to school cause all my loans and everything! The school is like 9 months days and 11 months nights, days i have 8 more months, nights wow 10 alot!!! but i thought about doing coding to after medical assistant!

okay so today is finally friday! I am so glad this week has really flew by. I am a little anxious about tomorrows weight in, i weighted myself this morning and i was back down from 173 to 172 so i am keeping my fingers crossed to see 160 anything pop up on the scale. So my workouts have not been going too good for the last 2days! my husband shift has changed to a evening shift and at the current time we only have one vehicle so he has to use the car in the evenings to get to work so i have had to readjust my workout time at the gym to mornings instead of evenings after work! which is really hard to do! so for the last 2days i have turned my alarm off and went back to bed!! I just couldn't drag myself out the bed at 4:30am to make it to the gym by 5am when they open get my hour work out in and leave by 6am then go home and shower and get ready to be at work by 7:30am! It's just really hard but i guess i will have to learn to get use to it for the time being until he can get his own vehicle. well ladies I am going to get back to work now so i will check in on everyone later.
