Only 1 pound girl i am going crazy i mean i go from 183-184-185 this is crazy i am going to have to do something drastic to get out of these 180's ! I know it took you a while too, anyways so what size you in now? If you are not in a 12 you are really close when i weighed 164 i wore a size 12 american eagle, i still have them in my closet they are so small girl!
I also have to get some dumbells i guess cause alot of these exercises on exercise tv uses them !! Did you get a medicine ball or some dumbelss over the weekend! I think wallmart has dumbells like 5 pounds 5 or 6 each ( not bad ya know)
what kind of work you do?? Would you believe i am still looking for work! Okay girl so you have already worked out this morning? I never workout in the a.m, and i really need to start i think my bro which was in the army said that it is alot better when you work out first thing in the morning! What do you think?
