Hi Ladies

It seems like forever since i have last posted in my journal:( I have been really busy with work and school and not to mention home life. I have still been focusing on reaching my goal but i havent had much luck:( i have been stuck any where between 168-173 and have been off of phen since june so about 3months and i still have about 25 lbs to lose! so yesterday i finally went back to the doctor and got a script for phen which will hopefully help my body get the boost i need to lose the last 25lbs especially since i havent been on phen for 3 months! So i will be sure to post more often on my status and i will be trying to get caught up on everyones journal and progress

great job keeping the weight off for 3 months without phen. That gives me hope that when I do reach my goal I should be able to keep it off without staying on meds forever. I really enjoy reading all the posts. You guys help to keep me motivated georgiateacher
