LOL at the whole pulling the truck across the yard!!! but girl my day is going pretty ok so far other than the fact that I am really sleepy(I think because of the weather) it's raining here in Dallas:( and about 39degrees outside and yesterday it was 82!!!!!! well that's Texas crazy weather for you. anywho I am sure you will kick butt and lose that 25pounds maybe even more especially since you haven't been taking phen in a couple of weeks...but I also am hoping to lose 25pounds this month since last month i really didn't lose as much as i did my first month, but you should really try the high intensity interval workouts, Dee suggested that I try that when i hit that plateau and girl I am telling you i was sweating like crazy and finally dropped that lb!!!!!! I did 15mins on elliptical and 15mins on the treadmill, on the treadmill i started at a speed of 3.6-3.8 for the 1st 5mins and then the next 5mins I jogged at a speed of 5.2 and the last 5mins i did a cool down back at 3.6 and it really really kicked my butt!!!! so try it and let me know how it works for you  Well Good Luck and have a great day
