Hi Shana! Sorry I haven't got by your journal lately!! One slip up is not bad even if you did eat a bag of cheetos and some swiss rolls. But it sounds like you ate those swiss rolls for a good reason. If you lil sis is wanting to have a tea party then my guess is she is less then 10 and could you imagine if you did not eat her swiss rolls and drink her "tea". It would have broke her heart and I would guess that would make you feel alot worse then eatting those swiss rolls!! Just get back on the wagon and don't let the one slip up knock you completely off track!! I wish I had some dancing skills lol I have no rythm. I am doing the air climber for my exercising and there is this one move on there that works the abs and it is fairly easy but it takes some rythm to do it lol!!! Oh well!! Hang in there girl though!! You are doing great! How much have you lost so far? Hope we get an update from you soon!

Hey you guys Im back!!!! Sorry about not writing in a couple of days it just that Ive been soo busy!! but in the middle of all that comotion I managed to do my workouts and snag a new and better job!!!! Yay me!! My family had a BBQ today after church. Dont worry, I was on my best behavior! Scouts honor. My allergies are bothering me something serious today. I cant stop sneezing!! My eyes are so red that you would think, well.....you know what you'd think....lol! Anyway Im up late once again eventhough I know I have Class! At the fitness center i go to (Inches Aweigh) you weigh in every monday, but I have been avoiding it everysince I joined. Ive only weighed in twice since Ive been there and I joined sometime in January! Dont get me wrong, I know how much I weigh, Im one of those people who weigh themselves like every-other-day. I just dont like being weighed in public unless its absolutly needed, like a Dr's visit. Thats to embarassing. That just goes to show you how much the staff cares because theu havent noticed all those blank spots on my chart and youre supposed to get measured every 3 weeks. Ive only been measured once.(my first day.) I just think that its too public. Does anyone get what Im saying? And I just want to thank you guys again for your awsome support! have a great night!

I am so excited you found a better job. . .one step at a time! I'm proud of you for staying on the diet at the BBQ. . .really hard! I totally get the measurment thing, especially with what you went through in dance. Everyone is motivated by different things ~ public humiliation is NOT mine! Plus, the person measuring is usually a size zero. . .like that helps! I just noticed that you are down 15 pounds! THAT'S AWESOME! Keep focused, even when you are busy. Your hard work is paying off ~ big time!
