My April goal will be to loose 8 pounds, which will put me at 140. I will exercise 5 to 6 days a week and am trying to do a double dose every other day. I am also going to start each morning off with the lemon water. Good luck, everyone!

Ok so I found the thread! I guess I was in my own little world I wonder if there's a way to delete a thread you make? I will find out and do that so that everything will stay here...

So..My goal for April is to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month. I'm at 158-159 right now so that means I want to be at 148 or 149 by the end of the month. I think I can do that. I will work out at least 3-4 times a week, if not more. And I will allow less "cheating" on my diet.

Also, I downloaded an application on my phone that keeps track of my food and my exercise so I will be doing that every day. I've noticed I've been eating too many carbs on some days...the dr recommend I eat 100-135. So my goal will be to keep that in check. I'll have to find some different snacks to take to school that are less starchy.

Hi all.....Can't believe April is already here...........well my goal for April is to go for another 10 pounds. I really need to excersie more. I have a partner here at work and her and I have commited to walking on both of our 15 min breaks. So we already started doing that. I am also going to do the Wii fit 3 times a week and go walking 3 times a week. So I am excited. If I can lose 10 more pounds that will take me down to 234! It's been a long time since I seen that number...LOL Good luck to everyone!

Well girls....I broke one of my April goals alreadyI was really sad and a bit depressed, so I got a cup of soy milk and ate like 5 cookies last night. oh well...guess it was a comfort thing. I baked so many sugar cookies last week and they had not all been eaten yet...so they were there in front of me calling my name. I am a little disappointed for breaking one of my goals but its all good.....as soon as those cookies are gone I am not making more for a while....I hope....that is unless one of my kids volunteers me toso back on the wagon today....no need for cookie rehab
