Hey girls!! I hope everyone is doing ok with their goals so far for this month!! Even if we have already had a few slip ups! Me and Jamie I know have but hey it is part of being human!! My slip up was last week. I only worked out Sun-Wed and didn't work out again till yesterday! So I didn't start out the month on the right note till the 8th! But I am rolling now. I have a dry erase calender on my fridge that I keep my schedule on so I put on there my schedule to work out. I have myself working out 6 days a week and a day off and rotating it that way. I am also going to figure a good way to rotate my work outs with my air climber. I am going to do my abs one day which include some cardio it just focuses more on abs and then cardio the next and rotate it that way. I just have to figure out how to rotate the exercises becasue there are like 4 cardio and 2 abs! I figure that way I won't get to bored! When I went to my monthly weigh in on Tuesday the 7th I weighed in at 177 there. But I weighed myself right before I walked out the door with my clothes on and no shoes because I always take my shoes off before they weigh me. Any how I weighed in on my scale at 176. Then yesterday I weighed myself and was down to like 175.8 or .2 lol I can't remember. Then today I was down to 173.8 so I am pretty much back to my ticker weight. I think I did fairly good with all the emotional rollercoasters I had last week and not working out. I watched what I ate and my portions but didnt' even watch how many cals I was eatting and ate out alot. I really thought it would have been worse so I am pretty glad. Well girls and guys I hope everyone is doing good and I am so glad to be back. I have missed all of you!
