Hi everyone, I'm baaacccckkkk! I posted a pretty lengthy explanation in my journal as to why I was gone so long...

I've been better diagnosed regarding my type of migraines (seizures) and the reason I can't take phentermine or phentramin-d; and with the new anti-seizure medication comes the side effect of weight loss... yeah!!!

My April goal will be 149. I'm at 161.8 right now and I just want to be in the 140's. I'm averaging a pound a day on my new medication, but if I put my goal at an average of about 4 pounds a week (12 pounds by the end of the month), that should be a fair amount without pushing too much.

Hope everyone had a good weekend! I spend mine working but luckily it was a fairly easy weekend!! I worked out 5 days this past week!!! Go me!!! My birthday is May 30th and I really want to be down to 160 by then. So I am hoping all this working out will help alot!!! Still keeping to my 1200-1500cals and drinking any where from 100-120oz of water a day! And no I still haven't turned into a fish! LOL!

If you have read my journal then you would know that I splurged all weekend! The boyfriend and I had Chili's for lunch on Saturday and margaritas..then we went out with all my family that was in town for mexican that night! But I tried not to completely stuff myself..and Easter, well...there was ham, bbq sausage, mac and cheese, but lots of green veggies. I ate a good bit and was stuffed until dinner at my sisters where we had a roast and potatoes and corn. I didn't pig out there either, so I did fairly well considering...

I only gained a pound back from all of that, which was better than I expected! So I'm at 156 now and plan to be at 150 at the end of April. I'm on spring break this week so I'm going to be working out EVERY day and getting back on track with my water intake. I'll be going to the beach on memorial day weekend...so that's my motivation! Six pounds to go this month! I can do it!

Good for you on the working out. I usually do 6 days and was only able to do 5 and feel guilty. How weird to feel guilty about not going to the gym.
Great job on the calories and water also. I need to increase my water again. I hope you make your goal in May. You can do it!!
