Today is March 25th!!! Start thinking about your April goals and what your reward will be for yourself for reaching your goal!! Make you goal something that is important to you!! If you want it to apply to your weight loss make it to work out 5 times a week, loss 10lbs, or stop drinking soda!! But if you want to apply it to some other part of your life for example say thank you more or when you see some one in the morning on your way to work always say Good Morning!! Any goal you make no matter what it will be will make you feel better about your self and that is our ultimate goal!! I am so excited to start seeing what everyone's goals are!! Good Luck!!

Some tips on goal making!!

1. Make it something you can measure your progress!

2. Something you know is attinable!! You don't want to set your goal to high and then be disappointed when you haven't reached it.

3. Make it something that is important to you and will make a noticeable change in your life!!

Remember these are short term goals that can be reached in a month!!! Good Luck!

There is only today and tomorrow left of March.....I am so done with march!!! I totally have had a bit of COOKIE MADNESS!!!! I still have not reached my march goal that I set back in the beginning of march, to be to either 205 or 200 before my sisters wedding...well my sisters wedding came and went a while ago and i still haven't seen those #'s And it is because I am totally like the cookie monster...They are my fave and if they are in my house I wanna eat them... So April goal is NO COOKIES!!!!!!!!!NONE!!!!! Also to reach a mini goal of 200lbs for April. So there you have it my April goals. PLEASE help hold me accountable for my April goals girls!!! I don't wanna end up in rehab for cookie abuse

i missed my march goal by a few lbs
but I am still happy with what I have lost so far
I worked out and ate good for 2 months before phen and was losing and gaining the same 3lbs over and over and it was so blah....
so i am happy with the 13lbs that I have lost in 2 months ( fully clothed per doctors scale )

my goal for end of April @ my 3 month check up April 30th @ 10:15 is to be 222 ( fully clothed per doctors scale )

also keep going to the gym 4x's a week and keep drinking my 130oz of water every day

A friend of mine just suggested drinking a cup of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice (no sugar, splenda, honey or anything else) in it every morning. Said it has been a miracle for her. It helps reduce bloating and water weight, as well as to regulate the GI tract. We may want to consider adding this to our April goals. . .

Hi, there....I really would like to add my goals too for April, I love reading everyones journal and checking in on everyone that I truly feel that I know everyone here...I enjoy seeing how everyone is doing.

My goals for April are to get over my darn plateau (any ideas?) Id love to lose 10 more lbs. I will start switching up my workouts..I use the elliptical for 1 hr 5x wk for the past 2 months I think I have to put variety into it, might help? I am already low carbing it, and pretty low calories too! sigh, I lost 22 in 9 weeks and now Im stuck (just started wk 11)

Also, my other goal is to be more positive and optomistic....

Im ready for April....Bring it on!!! Good Luck everyone
