Today was very busy I only managed 40 min of cardio this morning but did an hour of yoga tonight and I loved it. I was able to stretch out my sore muscles and feel so good.

I getting ready to eat dinner and hit the sack.

I haven't posted in a couple of days have been pretty busy with the kiddos. I wanted to share that I called my dr. on Tue. to ask about long term use of phen. and they said that it is fine they multiple people that have been on it for a while but I asked if it can lose effectiveness and they said no. I have just been so hungry lately my stomach growls so loud. She went on to say that if I felt as it wasn't working anymore I could go off of it for a little bit and then start back up. I'm not sure what to do.

I am going to Atlanta this weekend and don't want to give into any temptations while away from home.

I will post Monday when I get back.

Hello, great on losing all that weight...You and I started on the same weight but I haven't lost any yet and have been on phen-d for a month. I haven't gained any either...Please, tell me what you're doing. How many calories do you consume a day? And how many calories do you try and burn a day? I recently bought the body bugg and am going to start that soon. The body bugg is a monitor you wear all day and it tracks your calories burned. I hope this works!

I eat 1200 a day with no exercise and follow a food diary on myfitnesspal.com so when I burn say 800 calories at the gym it will add all that back into my available calories for the day. Sometimes I dip into my extra calories sometimes I don't but I do try to at least burn 700-800 calories in exercise a day.
I also started wearing my hrm which it tracks the calories I burn plus my hr since thanks to the phen. is pretty high. I only spend about an hour at the gym 6xweek.

If you track every little thing you eat you will start seeing the weight just fall off. Good luck
