I had a great mini-vacation it was warm and a lot of fun. I did eat out a lot but made wise choices. I was able to buy a large shirt in the juniors section and lost 1.6 pounds this week. Back to yoga tonight.

I love that every time I post my ticker weight loss goes up Nothing new going on just trying to get out of these 170's. I would love to see 160 that is what I was after my second son. I gotta have some small goals too.

Girl you are doing awesome! I am so glad you started a journal! It is another great way to get encouragement and also keep you accountable!! I wish I could fit it 2 work outs a day! I am doing good getting one in! It took me forever to start adding a work out in my daily routine! So I am just glad to be doing it!!! Keep up the good work!

I was wondering how everyone else felt most of the time. Do you have a lot of energy from the Phen. or are you exhausted? I usually do pretty good on my energy level, I will be busy doing stuff but I find myself yawning a lot. Then on Mondays I do yoga along with my daily routine and Tue. I feel as though I have been ran over by a bus. I am not sure if it is the yoga, I wouldn't think so as some people do it everyday.
