Thank you, Spice.
Well, this is day 3 of the 'fruit flush'. I thought I was going to go crazy eating all that fruit. I was also afraid that when this was over, I wouldn't want to look at a piece of fruit again for a long time, and that would not be good because fruit is such an important part of my diet. Anyway, one thing I can say for sure is that this 'flush' certainly does work, because it has definitely relieved my constipation, which I have been struggling with for the past couple of months. I had tried doing a colon cleanse(which made it worse), and even Miralax as my dr. suggested, but it was still a problem. I think eating all those strawberries is what really helped it. They're supposed to be high in fiber and water, so I think that did the trick. Although I have to say after the 2nd serving, I was forcing them down, because I was tired of eating them. I really do feel a lot better. That motivates me to make it through this last day. OH, and also I am down 4lbs in 2 days! . I pray that I can make it through the day without scoffing down a turkey burger (they keep calling me.lol)
I hope everyone has a great day today, and enjoy the 4th of July weekend! Be safe.

Hey Kim

You are doing good girl! I can only imagine how hard it was to stick to that flush! I don't think i would be able to do it, but i may need to try it because i hate the constipation associated with being on phen:( UGH! but 4lbs in 2days is really awesome keep up the good work and you are almost under that 200 mark! YOU GO GIRL!

Well, I finished my fruit flush last Friday, but I am ashamed to say that I did give in to the temptation and ate a turkey burger to last day. Anyway, I lost 4lbs, and was relieved of constipation, and gained a little more energy, so all in all I think it worked okay. I am frustrated to say that I haven't been able to do my turbo jam due to painful back spasms. I went to the dr and had x-rays done, and she can't find a cause. She just prescribed me pain medication. I don't know why I keep getting these painful attacks. The last time the spasms went from my back to my chest. It was horrible. I've been to 2 different doctors, with no help. I just have to ride it out. The only thing I can think of is our mattress which leaves my back aching in the morning sometimes. Other than that, I don't do anything that would be straining my back. This is so frustrating because when it gets really bad, I can barely move without pain, and I can't even drive because it hurts so bad. Anyway, enough complaining. I have errands to run. I haven't lost any more weight since last Thursday.
I need to give my mind a rest. I can feel myself getting stressed again. I hope everyone has a good day.

Hey there....congrats on the 4 pounds in 2 days...wonderful job!!! I hate to hear about the back pains...I hope they figure out why you are having them. Maybe you can try and get a massage and see if it helps. Take care and keep us updated. Have a great night!

I may not be able to take phentermine anymore. I truly believe that I really am suffering from depression, and have been for a long time. My best friend finally confronted me about it, and caused me to see the painful truth, that I really do need help. I've been trying to manage everything on my own, and being really hard on myself about everything. But my friend helped me to see that depression is a medical condition that needs to be treated like any other medical condition, and it's nothing to be ashamed about. So I go see a therapist tomorrow, and I'm pretty sure I'll need to be put on medication which will probably prohibit me from taking phentermine due to possible drug interactions. We'll see. Anyway, you ladies are doing great. I hope everyone continues to press on to reach your goals. Take care.
Kim
