Hi Kim,

Im Kim too or as my nephew calls me Kimie. LOL

This is my 4th week on phen and I WI tomorrow so far I've lost 6 pounds but I am finding that like shooty my appetite is changing and I can now stop eating when I'm full and I can tell in my clothes I've lost. I also take a B-12 (lipo-vite shot once a week) which is supposed to help melt the fat. Of course, I don't rely totally on that I am exercising (walking on the treadmill) for 30-40 minutes at least 5 or 6 times a week. I know in order to keep this weight off and lose it I have to get moving and eat right. When I first started I could barely do the treadmill for 10 minutes but start exercising for however long it helps.

Hi Kimie. Looks like you're doing a great job. Staying motivated to exercise has always been a challenge for me. You ladies are such an inspiration. I'm determined more than ever to reach my goals this time. Thanks for stopping by. Keep up the good work!

You've got that right, Tiff! I'm excited because we've figured a way to add a gym membership into our budget. So soon, I'll be hitting the gym!

I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale this morning and was down to 223! I am so excited! That's just more motivation to keep up this healthier lifestyle. I really believe that making myself eat breakfast and eating smaller meals throughout the day has really made a difference. I didn't exercise at all yesterday, but I'm definitely going to do my Cardio Party today, and I'm going to push for doing the Ab Jam video as well. My daughter told me that my waist looks smaller. I'm closer to my first mini-goal:220lbs. I have 8 mini-goals of 10lbs ea. That helps me not to feel so overwhelmed or discouraged because I have so much weight to lose. Once I hit my 220lb goal, I will celebrate (I haven't decided how yet, but NOT WITH FOOD!), then go for my next goal of 210lbs, and so on, and so on... I hope everyone has a great day.
