Mini goals are awesome!! Have you checked out the April Goals thread? If you haven't you should! We started it last month for march and it is just a way to keep us in a mind set and like you said it is easier to reach mini goals then one large goal!!! Have a Happy Easter!

I had a very busy weekend. I know I didn't eat as much as I should have yesterday. I was helping my daughter finish her science fair project which is due tomorrow. I have not worked out since last week. I have a bunch of errands to run tomorrow, but I hope I'll manage to squeeze in some type of exercise. I can't do too much because I turned the wrong way and twisted my knee, so it's really bothering me, especially when I walk down the steps. Anyway, I hope everyone had a good weekend, and I hope everyone has a great week.

Hey girl!! I hope you check this in the morning before you run your errands!! Just in case you can't get your work out in today you should try and park as far as way as possible while you run your errands so that you have to walk a lil farther! Better then nothing and every lil bit helps!!! Hope you have a good day!

Hey Everybody

I see that everyone is doing great. It has been one week since I have been of Phen. Not by chose my doctor went on vacation and forget to give me my prescription. I did great with my eating. Will my doctor came back yesterday and I got my Phen back. Today will be the first day I have taken it since a week. I will weight-in on Monday I do not weight myself until I see the doctor but my clothes are starting to feel big and my bra is getting big. Also people on my job is asking me am I losing weight also my husband and kids. I have not told anybody in my family that I'm on Phen I just told them I have change the way I eat. I want to thank everyone for the great advice and help. May we all meet are goals and I will let everyone know on Monday how I did. Thanks again
