My day really sucked. I didn't keep track of my eating. I worked out for like 5 minutes...waaa...waaaa....waaaa....LOL (this is just pathetic) I need to snap out of this funk I'm in. I know in times like these, I would usually turn to food for comfort, but I don't want to go back to doing that anymore. I've lost 12 pounds so far, and I want to stay motivated, so I can reach my goals. I need to go and pray and stop feeling sorry for myself. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.
