Thank you, ladies. I appreciate your support. Friday, I went to the doctor for a follow-up. When I went last month my bp was 130/90, and my dr. was a little concernted and wanted to monitor it with the phen, b/c phen can sometimes raise bp. I was happy to see my bp actually went down to 120/84, and my weight was 218.7! The dr. was very pleased with my progress. The only thing is that my scale at home shows 222, so I think the scale at the dr's office is wrong because I've reset my scale twice, and it still shows 222. I told her I've been constipated, and she said I'm not drinking enough water. I'm still struggling with that. I still haven't gotten up to 8-10 glasses. Usually I drink about 4. She said I need more water, and if I'm still having trouble to take Miralax. I'm still focusing on my first mini-goal of 220. It's my TOM so I'm not very energetic today. I didn't sleep much last night because my son kept waking up crying. I've got so much to do today. My house is a wreck. It's after 10am, and I have yet to eat breakfast. I'll just have a bowl of cereal and a pear. I plan on having a turkey burger for lunch, and salmon and greens for dinner. I have fiber one yogurt and fruit for my snacks. I was a little bad yesterday when I went to my dad's house. I had a piece of fried chicken, and a small bag of red hot potatoe chips. I felt so guilty, I didn't eat dinner. That wasn't good. Well, today's a new day. I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Hey Kim

You are doing good girl! don't stress over the little stuff we all have slip ups from time to time and bad days and weeks from time to time we just have to learn from them and keep it moving like you said today is a new day and new week so you can start fresh, but as far as your weight I have been told that the scale that the dr.s office use are more accurate than the digital scales, I am not sure what type of scale you have at home but i have a digital one and when i go to the dr.office it's always 1-2 pounds off from my one at home, well keep up the good work!
