Good morning. I am on day 2 of my fruit flush, and it really sucks right about now. I have a headache, and I'm feeling a little irritable. Part of that may be because I didn't sleep well again last night. I also woke up with a sore back again, which usually leads to excruciating spasms. We definitely need a new mattress.
Anyway, yesterday I drank 8-oz protein drinks(yuk) every 2 hours from 8am to 4pm, then at 6pm I had a large salad topped with 1tbsp of olive oil and juice of half a lemon, and I topped it with 4oz of salmon. That was fine. But about 10pm last night, I was so hungry. I finally broke down and ate about 5 crackers.  I know I wasn't supposed to do that. I felt so guilty this morning, but I just picked up with day 2 and I'm hoping for the best. I had 2 cups of fresh strawberries, and I will have to eat a serving of fruit every 2 hours until 6 when I eat a salad and drink an 8oz protein drink. The protein mix I use can't have any type of sweetener (natural or artificial) in it, and I have to mix it with water  , so it tastes terrible. Jay Robb (founder of the Fruit Flush) also urges against exercising while on the 3-day flush, except for maybe 20min of walking. I'll see how I feel tomorrow when I'm done. Hopefully I'll feel better than I feel right now. I will definitely be getting some B12 supplements.
