Good morning everyone. I'm glad to see everyone progressing along so well. It's so encouraging. Today I'm starting a 3-day fruit flush. I drink an 8oz glass of protein mix every 2 hours with plenty of water in between, and for dinner a raw vegetable salad topped with olive oil and juice of 1/2 a lemon, and 3-6oz of lean chicken or fish today, then the next two days I have a full serving of fruit every 2 hours, and the same salad for dinner both nights. I tried this last year, and lost 7 pounds. I felt really good from eating all the fruit, and I was supposed to continue eating mostly fruit everyday after the flush, but of course I didn't. I'm hoping to get back some energy from this flush, because I have been dragging for the past week. I know it's because I'm not sleeping well at night. My body wants to rest, but my mind won't so I wrestle and toss and turn most of the night and wind up sleepy most of the day. I need to give my mind a rest so I can sleep at night. I missed working out last Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday my husband stopped at Checker's to get my daughter some fries, and against my better judgement, I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. I was sick to my stomach for the rest of the day. (I'll never do that again) I think I'm back on track. I just need some energy!!

Hey there energy yeah i take b-12 everyday then i have some vitamins my doctor give to me that works with the phen they help trust me! But sounds like you got a good plan and the fruit flush thing sounds healthy so good luck on that and about the chicken sandwich next time you want something bad for you remember how bad you felt lol ! That fruit Flush sounds like a really good idea! I may need to try that for a couple of days! and as far as energy I am noticing from time to time I am also slacking in the energy area! i think this weekend i will go out and by some b12 pills to take and hopefully that will help me out! Well keep us posted on how the flush goes

Good morning. I am on day 2 of my fruit flush, and it really sucks right about now. I have a headache, and I'm feeling a little irritable. Part of that may be because I didn't sleep well again last night. I also woke up with a sore back again, which usually leads to excruciating spasms. We definitely need a new mattress.
Anyway, yesterday I drank 8-oz protein drinks(yuk) every 2 hours from 8am to 4pm, then at 6pm I had a large salad topped with 1tbsp of olive oil and juice of half a lemon, and I topped it with 4oz of salmon. That was fine. But about 10pm last night, I was so hungry. I finally broke down and ate about 5 crackers. I know I wasn't supposed to do that. I felt so guilty this morning, but I just picked up with day 2 and I'm hoping for the best. I had 2 cups of fresh strawberries, and I will have to eat a serving of fruit every 2 hours until 6 when I eat a salad and drink an 8oz protein drink. The protein mix I use can't have any type of sweetener (natural or artificial) in it, and I have to mix it with water , so it tastes terrible. Jay Robb (founder of the Fruit Flush) also urges against exercising while on the 3-day flush, except for maybe 20min of walking. I'll see how I feel tomorrow when I'm done. Hopefully I'll feel better than I feel right now. I will definitely be getting some B12 supplements.

Hello...I am new to this forum and to Phentermine (30mg). I have been taking it for the past 10 days and have only lost 6 lbs. In all honesty, I have not started exercising yet- just really trying to eat healthy and obviously this has suppressed my appetite so not eating as much. I am discouraged at the slow progress. I would have thought with trying to drink 64 oz of water each day and my decreased appetite...my weight loss would be more that 6 lbs???

Any advise on the ones that have done this and succeeded?

I just wanted to let you know that you are doing just fine. 6lbs in 10 days is great. You're being way too hard on yourself. Everyone loses at a different rate. The important thing is that you make sure you're consuming enough calories a day. It may be difficult at first because the phen may take away your appetite. But I made the mistake in the beginning of barely eating anything because I just wasn't hungry. After the 2nd week, I stopped losing weight and actually gained a couple of pounds back and couldn't understand why. I learned that by not eating properly, I was actually slowing down my metabolism and was starting to store weight because my body probably thought it was starving. Once I started eating 4-6 small meals a day, I started losing weight again. I've been taking phentermine 37.5mg for about 4 months now. Sometimes the weight loss is slow and steady, but that's the healthier way to lose weight. As far as exercising, I try to do turbo jam 4-5 days a week. I think it's important to find something that you really enjoy doing, or you're less likely to stick to it. If you can figure out the eating plan that works best for you, and find some form of exercise that you enjoy, you'll do great. Just take it one day at a time. You should also start your own journal so that others can track your progress with you and give you support and suggestions along the way. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Thank you for the encouragement, because I am sick of eating fruit already. But you're right, tomorrow is my last day. Have a great 4th of July weekend!
