Been on Phend for one month, lost 11 pounds in first month. Just wondering how long other people stay on phend. I've heard you are only supposed to take it for 2 months. How much have other people lost total on it?? Thanks!!

I wish I could help you out but I really have no clue! Have you tried googleing it? Do that and see what you find out! The jury is kinda out on the regular phen I think because I have heard 3 months only but then I have also heard of people being on it alot longer then that. I think the average is about 6-9months! Hope you find your answer!

I see we have the same scalp problem... I am using coal tar shampoo. I think. It is giving some kind of dermititis.
But the weightloss gas been great!
