Hello everyone, i started out at 241 and now i'm at 210.0. My biggest goal is to get under 200 in the next month. I must say that in the last 8weeks i've lost the 30pds, of course with exercise and diet. I am giving myself to May 27th to lose the 10pdsto get under 200  . I am looking for as much advice as possible. any exercise, diet advice, motivation, SUPPORT!!!!
