Hello everyone, i started out at 241 and now i'm at 210.0. My biggest goal is to get under 200 in the next month. I must say that in the last 8weeks i've lost the 30pds, of course with exercise and diet. I am giving myself to May 27th to lose the 10pdsto get under 200. I am looking for as much advice as possible. any exercise, diet advice, motivation, SUPPORT!!!!
I am always willing to share anything with you, so i welcome anyone to so support.

Hey there, WOW on the 30lbs in just 8 weeks. You are off to an amazing start. What ever you are doing is really working for you. The only advice I can give is to drink at least 100 oz of water daily. You are already doing everything else right. Well obviously, Look at your #'s!WOW!!! Keep up the great work.
