Hi hun and welcome!! You are doing great so far!!! As for the people who tell you that you will gain all the weight back they are right but only if you just use the phen to lose weight now and then when you get off it start back on your old habits. The phen is just another tool to help you lose weight like exercising and eatting right. So as long as you make changes in your life style and keep them up after you get off the phen you will do fine!! Hang in there and keep us updated on your progress!! Good Luck!

Well, here I am on day 25 and still at 15 lbs lost. I seem to have hit a plateau that I can't seem to move off of at 15 lbs. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I am still exercising and watching what I eat, but I don't seem to get anywhere like I did in the beginning. I hope this is a short layover to the next level! I wanted to get to that 20 lb mark so badly, and now I can't seem to make it. I am starting to get a little discouraged. Any suggestions?

You're doing really good! Keep up the good work. You are loosing pretty quickly, I've bee on Phentermine for almost 3 weeks and I've lost about 5 pounds. So you're doing really well. In the begining, I was not exercising, and now I've hit the ground running so I except that I will have lost more the next time I weigh in. I'm really trying hard to change my eating habbits as well in addition to enjoying exercising, so that when I have to come off of Phen, I will not gain back any extra weight, so think of this now as a Life Style change!!!

Hey pigpen! Try adding a different type of exercise! Sometimes your body gets used to what you have been doing and then needs a little change!! You are doing great so far!! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice, I don't know what other exercise I can do. Right now I am using the Gazelle and I really like it because it is low impact on my knees. With the arthritis in my knees it really limits what I can do sometimes. If you know of any exercises that would be low impact on the knees, please let me know, I would love to have other things to do so I don't get bored doing the Gazelle all the time. Have a good night!
