We're the only ones that know how good it feels to have to exchange to a size lower...

Luckily my sister has a vast wardrobe everything from size 4 - 10 (she's a size 6 right now) she never wants to go up to a size 10 again so she gave me all her shorts and jeans..alot i can't fit into but i did get into a pr. of jeans.

My husband doesn't get it either...

I give up....I am NOT going to keep doing the Slim in 6 program...I was up another 2 lbs this morning and my diet has been great lately!! Grrr! I just can't keep doing something so intensive and still see the scale go up!! So I did some basic cardio exercises this morning for 30 minutes and another 15 minutes on the Gazelle instead.

I think that I gave it a fair chance...and I wasn't getting anywhere at all! Not seeing any changes in measurements and seeing only increases on the scale and working my patootie off!!

I kind of liked the work out too, so that makes it even more disappointing. Oh well...maybe that just wasn't the one for me....or maybe I am giving up too soon...but I just can't stand seeing the scale go up anymore!! I have 14 more days before I go back on the phen and I don't want to have to relose any more pounds than I have to! I have had a hard enough time anyway without having to relose them!! Now I am chomping at the bit to get back on the phen so I can get back to where I was before I started that darn program!

Sorry about the ranting....just so frustrated! :(

So tonight I am taking the kids out trick or treating at the grandparents houses and then home..such fun...NOT! I love to go visit, but all the places we go we are almost the only ones that go, so the kids come home with tons of candy!! ICKY!! Not looking forward to having all that temptation in the house! I will have to ask them to hide it from me! lol! If I eat just one thing, I'm a goner! lol!!

Aww sorry Patty but there might be other explanations. Believe me i am struggling with the take 2 steps forward then 1 step back thing too but i'm just used to it. Could that time of month be getting close? Maybe you are gaining water weight. Or maybe even the workout is working by adding muscle you cant see yet..muscle ways more than fat keep telling yourself that..lol Hang in there you'll figure it out.

Only about 8 more days and I will get to go back on the Phen!! Woo Hoo!! I am sooooo looking forward to it...especially after the fiasco with the Slim in 6 program and now having to relose about 4 lbs! Grrr!!

Things have been crazy busy on the farm lately...and therefore have not gotten to exercise like I should. I hate that. I try so hard to get it all in, but the day goes by so fast and before I know it it is time to go to bed so I can do it all again tomarrow!! lol!! The time change has really messed me up! That is one thing I liked about living in Phoenix, the time was ALWAYS the same....never had to do the silly spring forward fall back stuff.

My diet has still been really good...I've been proud of how well I am managing it without the phen. I haven't lost any weight without the phen, but I haven't gained any since I stopped that exercise program, either!! lol!! I went back to doing my Wii EA Active (when it doesn't freeze up in the middle of it and irritate me!) and the Gazelle and some on the Ab Circle Pro, too. I did the Gazelle the other day for the first time for a while and it really got my attention the next day! lol!! I had forgotten how great of a workout it can be! That will teach me to try to leave it out!

Well, my family and I have been invited to 2 different weiner roasts/potlucks this weekend. That will make the weekend seem like it went fast. And we are supposed to be cutting a load of firewood sometime this weekend, too. That will be so much fun...NOT!! I won't have to worry about exercising that day, though, that's for sure! lol!!

I dont know how you do it wonder woman.lol you are rite you don't need any more exercise girl the farm work is better than a gym.lol but then again no pain no gain rite.lol

Hi Patty...I agree w/nicgirl you work hard enough just keeping the house and farm running kudos to you

Up early couldn't sleep so i decided to do 50 reps of the pilates ropes..

seems we all have about 4 pounds to get to our next level I'm pumped to do it

Well, I started back on the phen today!! I am a couple of days early, but dr told me to go ahead. I went to Walgreens to have my prescription filled this time because I called to check to see what brand they carry. They told me that they carry the same as what I have been getting, but when I got it it is not the same, really. I have been using the Lannett 30 mg yellow capsule and what I got from them was Lannett 30 mg but it was blue and clear. I took it this morning and feeling okay, very thirsty and full of energy, so hopefully they will be fine. I hope so because they were about $10.00 cheaper than the pharmacy I have been using.

My exercise has been mostly the Gazelle the last few days. I haven't been able to find the time for anything else, but I guess that is better than nothing. I was on there 30 minutes yesterday and really worked it good. Today was only there for 20 minutes, but still worked hard for the whole time. Feel great about it. Diet has been fine. Nothing too exciting and no real splurges or anything. Haven't craved anything sweet lately which is nice. I am trying to stop snacking in the evening. I have been snacking on frozen yogurt and smart pop popcorn, but I really need to stop that. That is one habit that I just have the worst time with....I love snacking while watching a little tv in the evening after the kids go to bed. It's the only time I get to watch a whole program all the way through! lol!

Anyway, my goal is to try to lose as close to this last 20 lbs that I have to go as I can by Christmas. I am really going to kick it in gear and work hard to try to get it done. So if anyone has any tips for me that they would like to share, I would love to hear them!! I haven't really put myself on a time schedule until now..thinking as long as the weight comes off I'm happy, but I really do want to accomplish this before Christmas...or at least by the New Year. I want this to be the first time I don't make a New Years Resolution to lose weight!!! I want to be able to find something else to think about! lol!!
