I saw your other post, spice, thanks. I do work out at home. The nearest gym is 20 miles away and with four kids, that is almost impossible to accomplish. I really love the Gazelle, but just need something different to throw in there too.

I have the air climber! Google it to find out what it is because it is hard to explain! I love it though and it is supposed to be easy on the knees!!!

It's been 33 days on the phen 30 mg yellow. I am finally over the 15 lb hump that I couldn't get past and now have lost 17.3 lbs. I am doing the Gazelle and alternating with a DanceX video I got online. I didn't know if I could do it, but I really am enjoying it. And I got a lot farther than I thought I would on the first time. it really gets your heart pumping and I can make adjustments in the areas that are too hard on my knees and still get all the benefits. I am really proud of the changes I have made to my life so far. I am a little nervous about being off the meds for those 30 days, but I hope that my determination holds out. I still have a couple of people telling me that I will gain it all back when I stop taking it. Now I have to prove them wrong! My self confidence is growing almost daily. I even went and tanned the other day which is something that I haven't done in years! It felt good to be more comfortable with my weight and appearance. My kids have been so supportive of me it is amazing. Every day at least one of them tells me how good I am doing and that they see the difference. It really makes my heart swell.

Well, hopefully I can keep up the loss until I at least hit the 20 lb mark before I go off for the 30 days. I feel better that I at least finally got past that darn 15 lbs! lol!

Here I am on day 40! I have lost a total of 19.3 lbs. and am so close to my goal of 20 lbs before I stop the phentermine in two days! I know I can do it! Things are going well. A friend of mine that started taking it a week after I did has stopped because she wasn't losing anything. She wasn't losing anything because she did not make any life changes. She expected the meds to everything for her. Even though I told her that she had to work at it too, that the meds were just to aid in the weight loss not do all the work, she still did not change and only lost about 5 lbs in two weeks. She finally stopped taking it all together. Why can't people understand that there is no magic pill to take the weight away?! If there were, I would have taken it a long time ago!

Anyway, I am feeling good. I bought the Wii game EA Sports Active to give me some variety in my workout program and also still using the Gazelle. I am getting the swimming pool opened up so there is that option later on also. My eating habits are 100% better than they have ever been in my life. I don't fight it near as much as I did in the beginning, so I feel pretty confident that during the 30 days off the meds I will do okay. I am that determined! I have to be because I know of a couple of "friends" that are waiting to see how I do. They are the ones who said I would gain it back once I went off the meds. I am going to prove them wrong!!!!

So, there is my update. I still think that this website is awesome and I really appreciate all the help and support it offers! Hope you all are having a great day!

Hey hun! If your pool is big enough swim laps or just get in and play with the kids and that will help you burn some calories!! Also the pool is really easy on joints! So you will get the best of both worlds!! Hang in there while you are off the phen! Why are you going off of it for a month? Just curious! You are doing so good so I know you will do just as well off the phen because you have done things right and have made this a lifestyle change! Good Luck and hang in there!
