Hi Everyone,

I just had a few concerns. I'm taking Phen 30mg since 4/25. i've only lost about 3 pounds for far. I'm eating in small portions but sometimes I still crave sweets in the evening and try to eat dry berries to curve the cravings. I also realize that I need to increase my workout. Any suggestions and motovation is greatly appreciated!

Hi there! Sounds like you are doing good with your diet, but how much water are you drinking? Try drinking at least 100 oz daily. And what kind of excersize are you doing? Even if you just start out walking is great. Look forward to watching your progress.

Hello there! Well that is true how much water are you drinking a day? Are you tracking your calories? Also be sure and eat your fruits and veggies too...keep us posted. Take care and have a great weekend!

I think that's another problem, I'm not drinking enough water. I really don't like water, is it cheating to add Crystal Lite?

Nah that will be okay...and it is low in calorie and it will give it some flavor too. You can do that sometimes to get water down..I do that every once in a while.

Spice, you have lost lots of weight. Do you exercise alot? Also, do you get the B-12 injections?

Thanks!!! I try and work out 3-4x's a week. I do 45 mins of cardio and strength train every other day when I do workout. I don't get the b12 shot...I am not on phen anymore either. But I may get back on it in a month or so if my weight loss slows down. I was on it for 2 months....like 5 months ago..I think it was that long ago..lol! You will do fine..keep up the hard work and determination.
