Hello everyone,

Today I went to the Drs and I have not lost any weight...I'm still at 219. I 'm a little upset but determined to keep up the fight to loose the weight. They upgraded my phen from the 30 mg to the blue and weight 37.5 mg.I got the b-12 injection and the put me on an 1500 calorie diet and spelled out my food choices. I'm discourged but I'm determined to keep up the fight because I just cannot give up...

I'm trying to make a life sytle change not just a diet. So I will keep exercising and by passing the unhealthy food choices as well as the late night snacking...

I want this to be the last time I'm on a diet for weight lost. So I don't think I will weigh myself anymore until my next Drs appointment in 3 weeks.

Today, I've been doing lots of cleaning and have forgot to eat...so I'm going to go do that know and will post more later!

Hang in there, you've come to the right place for support. Everyone on here is here for you!! You'll notice that in just a matter of a few days of posting. Don't give up the communication; it'll help; trust me!!
A suggestion though... Start one thread/journal that will become your only journal and name it something unique, but simple that you can spot among the other journals like "Dbiddy's Weight-Loss Journal" That way when we post to it, we're always posting to the most current/your only one. Okay?
Also, if you update it daily, it'll stay on the first page, so others can see it and post in it also.
