Good Morning!
Here it is Monday already! It is raining, therefore my hair looks.....well not so good. I am trying to grow my hair out and its at that akward stage~ It seems like it will never get any longer! Its been akward for long enough....come on already.
I think I will have to go get something done with the bangs. I cant stand them hanging in my face and when I bobby pin them back, they look less than professional. Ok, enough about my hair.
Hold on, hold on. You're not going to believe it. I actually got up and exercised this morning! Made hubby make his own lunch and did my thing! I feel good! Now if I can keep it up. My goal is 3x a week to start. I would like to drop another 8-10 lbs by the end of July when I will be going to see an old friend who hasnt seen me since I gained weight. Last time I saw them, I looked like I did in my avatar pic. Not so much now! Although that is only 20 pounds away now!!! Woohoo.
Its raining here this a.m. Its supposed to rain all week! Ick. I have to go in to work early today. The other assistant quit the day before we opened for patients so I have all kinds of stuff I need to get done before our first patient shows up this morning. I also have to go drop off my passport application at the post office. I hope everyone has a great day!!

hey there sounds like you are doing great i bet you will be down 8-10 by the end of the month if you really work hard good luck and even if you do not make it you look great and a lot better than when you started! when i do not lose like i want i just remind myself of how far i have come since i started!

Hi there!
Its been a couple of days since I last posted, but Im still trucking along. I had a couple of days this week that I ate too many sweets. I am PMS'ing so at least I know why. Tomorrow is my weigh in at Weight Watchers, it will be interesting to see how I do. I am going a day early because of the holiday on Sat~ it really shouldnt make a whole lot of difference. I have exercised 2 x this week, making tomorrow my 3rd, so I will have accomplished my goal for the week regarding exercise. I have been toying with doing a LC version of Weight Watchers making fruit the only real carb that I consume. I do love dairy, but if I stick to fat free plain yogurt with fruit in it and skim milk etc, I should be fine. As a realist, I know that I cannot do an Atkins type of LC for the rest of my life. I want to make changes while Im on the phen that are sustainable for the long term.

Hey!
Been having a tough week. My first one since being on phen. Eating all kinds of junk. Been feeling very agitated and stressed. I think its my job, but also wondering if it could be the phen? I started a new job June 8 and its been pretty exhausting. I added exercise to my regime 2 weeks ago and have been eating well for the most part. That is until this week. I had ice cream 4 times this week! Cookies and all kinds of shit I shouldnt be eating! I feel awful when I do it. Not bingeing just making bad choices. So my goal is to get back on track and do whats right. I know I can do this. I also upped my dose of phen this week (3 days ago) to 3/4 of a pill from 1/2 and hope that helps. Well Im off to bed to relax and read a bit. Hope everyone has a great night.
