AAAAAAAAAA!! I am having a very hard time getting back on track. My body is definitely used to the phen now and I need to get with the program so I dont gain back the weight I have worked so hard to lose. It could also be that my time of the month is here....ugh. Ok...Im going to workout.

Hello!
I have not strayed or fallen off the wagon, just been busy with the new job and life. I am so tired everyday from busting my hump at work! I still need to kick up the exercise. I am only doing 1 or 2 days a week at best. I guess its better than where I started at 0 days a week. Eating has been good, still going to Weight Watchers and loving it. Today is my WI and I feel fairly confident that I lost. I rarely indulge in the sweets, with the exception of the week before my period...holy mackerel, its hard. I am fitting into clothes I havent worn for a long time, and it feels great!!! I am hoping that my doc will give me 1 more month on the phen, at least I will have gotten a great jump start on the weight loss. I like getting it from her, but if I have to go to the weight loss center to get it, I will. More expensive, but worth it. I hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Hi!
Im still around! Still sticking to it. The weight is definitely coming off slower now, but its still coming off. I missed my WI this past weekend because I had so much going on. Im going to Boston this weekend for a concert, but still plan on sticking with the eating plan. Only meal out will be dinner on Sat night. I will go to Weight Watchers on Saturday morning before I leave and hope for good news. Im loving that my clothes that didnt fit now fit again. Able to buy smaller sizes and MY BACK DOESNT HURT anymore!!! Im not doing this to myself again!! Phen has been a salvation.

Hi there!
Had a pretty good day today, however we went out for dinner tonight and I had a quesadilla with sour cream and then we went out and got ice cream (I had mine with crushed oreos)....no good choices tonight!!!! Ahh well, back on track in the morning. Life happens, no sense in beating myself up over it. I am getting frustrated with my weight loss, it is slow, slow, slow. I guess meals like tonight certainly wont help!!! Im off to my concert on Saturday in Boston....cant wait!! I will post when I get back to let you know how it was and how I did. Have a good weekend!!!

Hi!
Still kicking around. Still losing slow! My body is definitely becoming accustomed to the phen. I have no appetite for about 4-5 hrs after I take it, but then I have no problem eating. I am really trying to make better choices and for the most part I do. Some days are harder than others. I especially have a hard time about 10-14 days before my period (I know TMI). So basically that means for about 2 weeks of the month I dont struggle as much!!!!! I am thrilled with my 25 lbs loss. I am halfway there in only 3 months. I know I can do the rest, just have to stay determined. Is taking a break from phen advisable? or should i just keep on with it? any advice is appreciated.

Hi corinna!! Glad to see you still doing well! I understand about making better choices...it is hard tho, sometimes! lol! Especially when everyone around you seems to be so oblivious!

Anyway, how long have you been on the phen? Since you started 3 months ago? If that is the case, I think I would try taking a break from it. My dr has me on it for 42 days and off for 30. When I asked why, he said that not only will it lessen any chance of addictions, but it will give my body a break so that when I am on the phen it will work better for me. Makes sense to me. I am just now starting my second round of 30 days off, and am a little nervous, of course. My first 30 days off I didn't gain, but I didn't really lose anything either. But at least I didn't gain! It made me feel a little better about being able to maintain my weight once I reach my goal and go off the phen, but I am still a little worried about going off again. I'm sure it will be fine, but there is always that worry because I really don't want to go back to where I was ever again!

Anyway, hope this helps! I know it is a hard decision, but I know you will be fine!
