Hello!
Im still around and still plugging away. I am still on the phen, but have decided to give it a break after labor day and go off for a month and see what happens. I have lost 28 lbs since may and am really pleased with my progress. I have started exercising as well, which was a real challenge for me! I do 3-4 days a week. Tomorrow I am meeting with a personal trainer and joining a gym to start getting serious and toning up. I have lost weight, but I am flabby so I want to work on that.
Still going to WW and following that plan. It is so realistic and doable as a way of life, not just a diet. Anway...enough rambling. Things are going well!!!  I will keep posting my progress.
