Water, Water, Water. I know this idea stinks, cause I hate drinking it too. But after making myself drink just the propel water for a while now, sneaking in the regular icky plain water isn't so bad now. No soda, unless I splurge about once a week on the Diet Rite soda.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! You are doing so well! Just think that the slower it comes off, maybe that means the longer it will stay off!

Have a great day! God Bless!
Aww thanks! i sure do need to remind myself of this.... slow n' steady wins the race.

So i weighed in on Sun am and was 224, then this morning after a bbq i was 229.. WTH! i thought i did good eating a light hot dog on ww bun and later that day eating a turkey burger on ww bun instead of a bubba burger w/ cheese. .. guess not. I hope its only the sodium in the hot dogs and not real weight. So today i'm trying to drink some water.. which is hard.. and i'mma try and exercise tonite.. but i'm soooo sleepy and its only 3:49pm. Phen is DEFINETLY not givin me a boost of energy this go around.

Hey Less

Don't be so hard on yourself! you are off to a great start! looking at your daily food log you are really doing good in the eating area kudos to you! but our weight can fluctuate a couple of times throughout the day so don't panic! but do try to get in as much water as possible i know it's hard because when i first started i wasn't much of a big water drinker! it was all about sprite! LOL but i soon learn to adjust and now water is like my new bff i find that it quenches my thirst much better than soda!!! i use to go through at least 4 to 5 sodas a day plus! Have you ever tried flavored water?

hey everyone.. i'm still hangin in there.. oh i wish this fat would just melt away! Losing weight aint easy!

So yesterday i had planned on working out at the Y. I took my oldest to basketball, youngest to the play room .. got on the machine and here comes the playroom teacher w/my son.. he wasnt staying... said he was crying for "mama". So i had to hop off the elliptical he was crying so hard his lil face was read..my poor baby. Some days he likes to go some days he doesnt. So no exercise for me. When i got home i was soo tired i shut down the house at 9pm. PHEN were is my energy??

So today i'm taking phen, w/ a B-12 to see if that helps bc i'm tired as i type.

I'm such a stress eater and i really gotta work on this. I have some stuff going on at home w/my mom and lil bratty cuzin and her baby... stressin me out i tell ya! So of course i ended up w/ timbits (choc donut holes) in my mouth. I stopped myself before i did too much damage.... i need to find a better way...kickboxin or something.

Oh well ..

Don't we all wish the fat would just roll off overnight and never come back!!!!! Ugh I know exactly how you feel if only life could be that simple(LOL) but I know what you mean about the little ones! It's hard to work out when you have kids!!!!! I have a 3yr old and 8yr old and my 3yr old can get very cranky like that at times at well to where he doesn't want me to leave him with anyone! But just hang in there and hopefully the phen will start doing it's job!! are you taking the 37.5mg? because i know i tried the lower dose through my pcp and it wasn't strong for me at all! but I think I am going to start taking some b12 pills for more energy, because I am not longer feeling the energy the way i was when i first started....

I know what you mean about the lack of energy. I'm feeling the same way, but I know it's because I'm not sleeping well at night. I hope your energy picks up, and you get a chance to work out today. Some days I can't work out until my 2-yr old goes to bed, then my husband wants to hog the downstairs tv/dvd player watching House of Payne, so I can't do my turbo jam, and I wind up going to bed ticked off. Some days are just like that I guess. Anyway, I hope you have a good day today.

Hi there yes it can be very hard working out with kids i have 3 they live with their father but honey the weekends i have them i get a good work out try this include them in your activity when you can if you have a yard go out there and play ball with them! Run with them pretend you are a kid i know it sounds stupid but it works they have alot of energy so they will run your but off!

]Also I know how important it is to have your alone time for exercising! So if you are married have your husband watch them in the evening so you can get some me time and work out if not married see if a friend or relative would be willing to help!

Feeling low on energy try getting some sublingual very important sublingual B12 it is the closest to the shot take one in the morning before you workout or play with your kids! I know you can also have relay races and fun games with them! SO good luck did not mean to go on and on but i understand!

Have a great day!
