Ok so i've been here before.. many many moons ago. I lose. i gain.. i lose again... WHEN WILL THEY CYCLE END! So i think i'm slowing coming to terms that i cant lose fast and think it will stick... i gotta make life changes or i'll be right back here next summer still trying to lose the same 10pds (over and over again!).

Oh yeah.. i'm Tasha mom of 2 lil boys. I'm currently cutting back and eating healthier.. bought biggest loser books so i'm trying to follow their system of eating 6 times per day, lots of fruit & veggies and ww bread/pasta etc.

Working out 4 times per week.. minimum . .no juice just diet pop, water, lf milk.

I can do it! I can do it! I can do it!

LTG:175

Size: tight 16's
1st goal: back into 16's

F/J 06/23/09

B- fruit bowl (pineapple, melon, grapes)
L- ww light bread, turkey, light mayo, mustard , 2% cheese, carrot sticks, diet green tea
S- special k bar
D- not sure!

Exercise: plan on either 30 mins on elliptical at the gym or level 1 SHRED when i get home.

Water- working on this.. hate water... 32oz so far.

Yesterday I did really good! I kinda dont think phen is working like it has in the past. When i've taken it before it would dang near eliminate my appetite.. not this time.. i really have to put a conscious effort to not eat certain things. Hmmm wonder whats different this time around... got it from a pharmacy???

Anywhoo ...

I'm proud to say i resisted chocolate cake ( MY FAV!!) at work and had only 1 slice of pizza for dinner, no crazy bread n' sauce. Even though i was hot as He$% i still worked out and did the SHRED level 1 dvd... but was sweating so much but i did get through it.

Today's menu plan

B- special k w/ ff milk ( only ate half)
L- turkey salad w/ ff ranch, mandarin oranges
S- special k bar
D- no idea.. but i aint turnin on the stove!.. maybe a sandwich!

Exercise- prob take the kids for a walk to the park tonite. Tonite is firework night, but i dont want to take the kids by myself in that HUGE crowd, so we'll watch it on tv.

I cant believe Michael Jackson is DEAD! I've been playing his music since yesterday afternoon. I feel for his family and 3 kids. .. as strange as he was he made great music!

For some reason the phen is really not working like it has in the past. I still have a pretty healthy appetite. I dont know if got a bad batch or if i'm immune to it now. This sucks!!

Anywhoo....

d- 1/2 frozen lasanga, 3 mini chix strips

You are doing great! Keep up the good work! It is very frustrating when you don't see the results you THINK you should see! It sure isn't near as much fun coming off as it was putting it on, is it?! LOL!

Water, Water, Water. I know this idea stinks, cause I hate drinking it too. But after making myself drink just the propel water for a while now, sneaking in the regular icky plain water isn't so bad now. No soda, unless I splurge about once a week on the Diet Rite soda.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! You are doing so well! Just think that the slower it comes off, maybe that means the longer it will stay off!
