I have been checking this website out for the past 3 months and this is my first time writing a thread. I have been struggling with my weight my whole adult life and once I got to my all time high of around 240 I decided to do something about it. I went to the Dr. and she put me on the phentermine 37.5mg and it has done wonders for me so far. I have gotten down to 206 and I feel great. I read you guys posts everyday and you all keep me very motivated.

I gave my body a rest the whole month of June, I pretty much ate what I wanted and didn't work out at all but luckily, I didn't gain any of the weight back I am now starting back with the workouts and I am hoping to lose at least 10lbs more by August.

Thanks lele, you're a huge inspiration! Your start off weight was very close to my start off weight and you have shed 60+ lbs so far and that is great please be sure to share all your weight loss tips with me because I need them to get back on track, im so scared im about to lose my motivation because I haven't been working out like I should and was when I started. I don't go to a gym or anything, I live in a small town and our workout center really doesn't have much so I usually just walk 2 to 3 miles on my treadmill at least 4 days a week and lift a few dumbells every now and then but I haven't done that in a while but im gonna make sure I do it today. Well, again thanks, and chat later.

Well, just finished a 2 mile walk on the treadmill at 3.6 speed, it was hard getting back on track, yesterday i walked 1 mile so the 2 miles wasn't so bad. I had gained only 1 lb which put me at 207 so hopefully tommorrow I will be back at 206 and by next week I hope to see 200 or even better. I also watched my calorie intake I still eat smart and in small portions so hopefully I will start back losing. Just wanted to post a little something before I took it in.

Well, this morning I felt great after my 2 mile walk last night. This morning I ate a roast beef sandwich on whole wheat bread, with a slice of tomato and a little lettuce. I've only drank 16 oz's of water tho and I am starving now but I just cannot bring myself to drink a lot of water. I like to mix mine's with the little sugar free drink mixes. I know that it's probably not good to do that either but that's the only way im gonna get my water intake in. I don't know what im going to eat this evening because it will take to long to bake anything and my family wants fried food so I guess I will cook for them and maybe eat me an omelet or something. I also weighed again today and I was 206.4 down from the 1lb I had gained. Guess I'll get ready to cook and then for my workout, might just try 3 miles tonight!
