So I went to my Dr.'s appt. yesterday and she wanted to take an updated picture of me. I didn't really think anything of it until she emailed me today with the photo from when I first started seeing her in March and yesterdays picture. I started to cry (tears of joy)!! I knew I felt better. I knew I felt better in my clothes (new clothes...went from size 16/18 to 10/11). But that was the first time I really SAW the difference. Still have 33 lbs left until I reach my goal, and I can't wait for that pic!!!! Thought I would post them here and hope that they can give someone, anyone, some type of motivation to just stick with it! You WILL get results!!

Standing Ovation for YOU!!! What an awesome job you are doing! I bet you are very proud, and you SHOULD be!! It is not easy and you have done wonderful.

I bet those last few pounds will fall off like nobody's business!! Having photos like that on here is a great motivation for all of us, because it gives us all a chance to really SEE the difference the phen can make in our lives if we work hard enough!! You look awesome!!!!

Great job! And thanks so much for sharing those great pictures with us!!! I really wish I would have thought to take pictures and measurements when I started. I only have my starting weight to go by and that is great, but I wish I had more!! Wonderful job!!!!

congrats! what a difference!!!!!!! i love looking at before and after shots. i have lost just about 25lbs just a hare under like .4 of a pound. i looked at a photo of me taken today and its really noticable. its such a great feeling!
