10/29/09....144 on scale this morning!!! im hoping its just from the exercise i did ....can't be the diet...didn't add anything except protien..4 chicken wings made w/hot sauce and smart balance butter for hot wings...no salt but salt in the hot sauce..hummmmm

today

Breakfast: apple, green tea, hot lemon water

Lunch: 2 egg whites, tomatoe,

dinner: 5.00 foot long at subway... wheat bread toasted, roast beef , no cheese..and lots of veggies .....

11/3/09 - 143 this morning...been real busy moving my daughter to her new home and the people she bought it from did not clean very well so i did alot of sweating from cleaning..

i wasn't so on track eating wise they ordered chinese one day (salty) and pizza and wings the other night So Monday I was able to eat sensible but my scale is still up three pounds from the 25th...

drinking my hot lemon water to try to flush out the salt...Chiro Klenz last night...green tea and lots of water..

L - 2 hd. boiled eggs

D - chicken, carrots, celery, onions, broth soup w/ spinach added...

pilates, park...weights ..oh, yeah i added weights. 2.5 and 5.0 pound weights to my squats and lunges and arms exercises..

Going to movies tomorrow to see "This is It" may have some unsalted, unbuttered popcorn...gotta get back into this..

Truthfully im craving sweets and stuff....pills are not working like they used to...afraid to stop altogether..but don't want to be dependant on pills the rest of my life would like to know i have the will power to say no....ugh!

not seeing the doctor till next friday...

its friday and i have another full day taking bentley to get shots and dinner at lisa and mikes ....worked night shift and because i ate so little during the day i was starving at 10pm and ate a wheat english muffin with a salad and a mug of soup!

144 this morning..i have to set a concrete goal for myself to up my exercise and stay on food track..its 10:30 and i havent' ate a thing its my day off woke up late...ok, i'll eat an egg for breakfast...

will post more later..

144 lbs this morning..Up Early the rest of the house is asleep decided to do pilates ropes double time..50 reps for each part of my body...feel refreshed and ready to go

Rode my bike to my sisters 1/2 mile each way instead of driving need to up that...

Eating has been good but not great...Popped popcorn w/ icbinb spray last night and been on a pumpkin seed binge can't eat just a handful of them but i figure its better than chips right

had rice and veggies and chicken breast yesterday which sounds good right...well i put this sauce that my stepson makes called goodie goodie on top which is GOOD! its made w/ mayo, brown sugar and ketchup and some other fattening things!!!!

Needless to say making a roast beef today and no gravy..just veggies ....

I think my downfall is skipping breakfast I'm just not hungry...but i remember when i was doing "fit for life" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond they said to break..the..fast (breakfast) should be fruit at about 11:00am..So this week i am following that...then about 2pm i'll have lunch then 5:00 dinner and 7:00 fruit and my tea....

I've kept up my water intake and besides cranberry juice 1/2 cup thats all i drink...no alcohol at all no diet soda ...just green tea and the chiro klenz when i get it...

Been working some OT so alot of sitting at the computer..have my weights on my desk so in between calls i use my hand weights..

Well im going to forge thru the holidays and not act like its a free pass to eat whatever i want..

Thanksgiving is turkey and veggies and cauliflower mash potatoes..sugar free cheesecake if i choose..

X-mas eve is fish and rice (paella)

Christmas day is ham

If i just keep repeating to myself "its just a day like anyother and enjoy the family not the food" i can do this

To be honest the Phen is not working as good as it did the first and second month..I go on Friday and im going to tell my doctor what she thinks..it takes off the edge but wears off mid day im on 15 mg. time released...

141 this morning TOM again too...

not hungry for meals lately...weird but i just feel like picking so i've been having like 6 small mini meals...

fruit, 1/2 sandwich, soup, nuts/popcorn, chicken leg,

another thing i am not craving is vegetable...i can't stand the thought of veggies lately and i love veggies....don't know whats going on with me ...tonight i made homemade split pea soup thats made w/celery and carrots and onion and peas..so im getting some veggie in today..yesterday i had a tuna-macaroni salad made w/ red kidney beans and lt. mayo, onions & celery..

but the thought of a dish of broccoli or spinach etc. makes me gag right now....weird..just thought i'd write it down so i can figure out why...

Going with my son to get his wifes christmas gift tomorrow..we're going out to lunch too..so i'll post tomorrow what i ate..

My holiday wish is to be in the 130's not to gain and to start the new year healthy, happy and prosperous!

went to see Smokie Robinson at the St. Pete Times Forum last night thanks to HSN..Natalie Cole and Smokie Robinson in one month can't beat that...it was a great show..only had water and popcorn...(that was my dinner....show ran late and i was too tired to go out or cook went right to bed)

Nicgrl, thank you i do feel good but i'll feel great once im down

But.....today my scale said 139...

not going to change my profile till its confirmed for at least 2-3 days...but nice to see it go down once again

not doing anything different except these two exercise moves for my thighs...plus pilates and walking..and alot of shopping...down to the last 4 and that will be done the day after thanksgiving..
