I had to adjust my weight because this morning after drinking Chiro-Klenz Tea before bedtime I woke to a 2 pound loss

today:
B- Hot lemon water, decaf tea, pineapple chunks a med. bowl

L - 2 hd. boiled eggs. 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 tomatoe wedge

D- steak tonight broiled mushrooms and onions on top..broccoli steamed a little olive oil and garlic powder

S - cherries MMMmmmmmm

Walked 30 minutes in park, 1 mile bike ride, pilates ropes 10 min.

you are rite if i figure out rite i should be and when for about 2 more Mont's or 3 but i worried about when i get off i change my hole life stile in eating and working out but it is easier to stick to 1200 calories with the phen. my brother is doing great he been and it for 3 weeks and already lost he started at 268 pounds and he call me today that weigh in today @255 that is great i am so happy for him he was having some health problem sugar and Pb, but i have another brother that need to loose about 30 pounds and he went to the Dr and she putting and the Phen and he say he feels the same way as yuor friend and he is worried because he is also and bp medication. so please let me know how your friend is doing

Hi nicgrl i haven't talked to my friend today ..but i'll keep you posted...i feel great on phen..its more mental than anything else im determined to get all the way down..especially since im paying 37.00 a week!

today i went to MIL and we went to applebees for dinner...so here is my day..Sunday..

B- decaf coffee black, apple

L - 1 hd. boiled egg and 1/2 cucumber

D- Applebees ..I had water and ice ...tilapia grilled w/salsa on top, steamed broccoli and asparagus (the waitress had no problem subsituting the rice for asparagus..

S- Chrio Klenz Tea..

i know i am determine in not goin back to where i started, i paid 90 dollars for my first visit now i pay 75 every 3 weeks for 3 weeks of phen and a b12 shot not bad

My dr. writes a perscription for only a week of phen 8 pills for 7.99...so i have to go every week in order to get pills....office visit she checks b/p...weight...and tries to talk me into a 45.00 body wrap...i get the MIC injection and B-12 for 29.00.

anyway still 148 on my scale ...

B - decaf - black, hot lemon water, peach

L - 4 slices of eggplant baked..dipped in egg than dipped in parmasian cheese and baked in oven on 400 for 20 minutes..

D - Large Salad made w/ lettuce, tomatoe, green pepper, onion olive oil and vinegar s&p

S- Iced Green Tea and Chiro - Klenz

You are doing a great job, Carol! Keep up the good work!! You have a very good diet going. I wish I could eat better things like that, but I'm too darn picky! lol! I'm working on it, though, and trying stuff I haven't ever tried or haven't tried in a long time. My desire to change my eating habits is making me braver! lol!

I haven't seen you post about the Chiro-Klenz and how it is working for you lately. Are you still having good luck? Is this something that you can use on a regular basis or just periodically? Does it cause any cramping? I get good results with Correctol, but the cramping is horrible. Am wondering what other options there might be for a continual problem like mine.

Keep us updated! You really are doing a great job!

Hi Patty ok, i'll post on that forum so others can see..

This is an everyday battle and im keeping my journal so i can look back and follow it once im off...Tyra Banks said journaling is what helped her shed 30 pounds and keep in check..i believe its true too.

Today:

B- hot lemon water, decaf black coffee, 2 hd. boiled eggs..

L- turkey leg

D - Turkey broth made with carrots, celery and onion added spinach to make soup..

S - iced green tea, chiro tea
