Okay I'm starting my journal...
August 26th, 2009 I went to the my wt. loss dr. and weighed 171! yes...and today One Week later Down 10 pounds
I wasn't a fat kid,,,I even stayed in the 120's when i had my three kids..Age is what did it ...starting at 30 I went to 130's then the 40's 140's...get the picture
My scale said 165 and I knew i had to do something beyond what i was doing...My daughters friend was seeing Dr. Prosser in Tarpon Springs, Fl. and lost a ton of weight in what seemed like no time at all...So i made my apt. first visit they did talk me into a body wrap and i lost 3 pounds of water wt...and 45.00!
So My house scale says 155 and the dr. scale says 161 ..6 pounds off but im just keeping tabs on pounds lost not the number...When I see me fit in a size 6 I'll feel good no matter what number it says..thats my goal..
I have to remind myself to eat because i have no appetite on these pills but i feel so much better "inside" if you know what i mean...no change in clothes because i was a tight 12 no they fit better..My husband says he sees a difference...I don't on the outside..but I'm happy
Today im making salmon w/lemon, garlic, and parsley and spinach that is my dinner ...don't know what lunch is maybe a salad ...breakfast is always fruit as well as my night snack if i feel like one which i haven't had since day one..
Oh, anyone know the nutrientional contents of mc donalds parfait seems like a good choice if im out yogurt and fruit ...
