Thanks! I think we are going to switch to a different pharmacy with our refill and see what happens. Anyone have any suggestions for pharms that sell a good brand? I am thinking of moving my script over to Rite Aid or QFC (Kroger).

Also drinking TONS of water now.... hoping that the running to the bathroom every 5 minutes lets up after a few days!!

I'm sorry I can't suggest a good pharmacy, I use a small local one that is right in my drs office. Hopefully some of the other folks will have some opinions on that.

I know it seems like you are going to the bathroom a lot, but that is actually a good thing, think of the toxins that you are washing out every time you go. If you think it is bad for you, I have over active bladder.....talk about putting it into overdrive!!! lol!!

Let us know how it is going!!

my capsules are yellow and grey and have K26 stamped on them...i never thought of checking where they come from and their effectiveness....i figured they were all the same just different doses..

I think mine are working fine but i do get hungry about 7pm and have to fight that till bedtime..i take my 15 mg. at 9 am every morning..

I've used walmart the first week but they charged double so i now go to a pharmacist a block away from my dr. office that she recommended for 1/2 the price..i hope its good...

Way to go!! I know it is crazy that drinking more water will really kick the loss in gear, but it does. Also making sure you are getting about 1200 to 1500 calories a day will help, too. I know it is tempting to do less, but it is better for you not to, and it makes the loss go faster also.

Keep it up!! You are doing great!
