this week has been a 5lb weight loss or like 5.5 or something so far, tommorow is the last day of week 4 and the first month. week 3 i got stuck with 1lb lost. now this week im pmsing and havent been feeling good at all, especially yesterday. i zig zagged my calories, yesterday was not intentional but i couldnt eat much since i was battling nausea. so needless to say, i dont really remember all the days i did what but the last few days. yesterday 500 calories, tues, 1200 calories, monday 1000 sunday 1200. (ok i guess i do remember) i have not been excersizing other then singing karaoke and running around to the stores and clinic for a drug screen and bank getting papers notarized for a new job. i actually broke out in a sweat yesterday doing that. i just wanted to let you know from experience this really does work. i thought at first well if i eat more calories im gonna put more weight on instead of off, nope! not at all! and weight yourself after you have a bowel movement, you will find yourself somewhat weighing less too. i am guilty of weighing myself every day and several times a day lol! its neat though to see how your body works, i guess then you get an idea.
